Directions for Judges
Obtain
a Judging Packet.
Be sure
that none of your students is
included in the packet. (If you should later find your packet contains a
sheet for one of your students, write the packet number at the top of the
student’s scoring sheet and ask another judge to evaluate the project. Be sure
to get the sheet back to your packet)
Sign
for that packet.
Please
total your score sheets before you move on to the next project- be sure to move
to the side of the room so that students do not see your totals.
For Team Projects, enter the project number for each team member along with the score. If
you have a situation where a member is missing from a team, give that student
who is No Show on the team a "0"
WHEN
YOU RETURN TO THE JUDGING ROOM:
· Enter the scores onto the summary sheet on the
envelope
· Proceed to a Score Recording Station.
· Packet will be left with the recorders.
· Be sure to cross your name off of the Judging Packet sign
out list.
Please pace yourself so that you may
proceed in a timely fashion. Judging should be completed by
